Clear expectations now. More space to enjoy the planning.

What does a standard wedding cover?

Standard wedding coverage includes a four-hour reception and one-hour cocktail hour, typically with a two-person DJ/MC team. Ceremony audio is quoted separately. Your proposal confirms the coverage and team for your celebration.

Can dinner and dancing happen in different rooms?

We can discuss a multiroom plan around your venue and timeline. At Hotel du Village, a Chateau celebration can use one room for dinner and formalities and another for dancing. Audio, equipment and team coordination across spaces are subject to your specific plan and quote—not automatically included.

Can we make the music feel like us?

Yes. Tell us the songs you love, the ones you would rather skip, and the energy you want for cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. Those details give us a personal starting point for your music and MC approach.

Are lighting, live music and photo booths included?

Lighting design, live music enhancements and photo booths are optional. We will discuss what fits your vision and include the options you choose in your quote.
