Welcome dinners are hosted in Restaurant Latour or the Crystal Tavern, rehearsals can spill onto a private terrace overlooking the Kittatinny Ridge, and guests stay on property at Grand Cascades Lodge or Minerals Hotel without ever needing a car. We know every room across all five Crystal Springs venues. From Grand Cascades' soaring ballroom to Sweetgrass Pavilion's open-air setting, every set is calibrated to the specific space. We measure room reverberation in advance, choose speaker placements that protect both the dance floor and the dinner conversation, and arrive with rigging plans the resort's banquet captains have already signed off on.
Production Lighting
Custom lighting architecture designed for each Crystal Springs space - from intimate clubhouse receptions to grand resort ballrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. Our designers walk Grand Cascades, Ballyowen, and Minerals before every wedding to lock in uplight colors that complement the existing chandeliers, pin spots for cake and centerpieces, and a dance-floor wash that holds intensity without ever spilling onto the windows that frame the Kittatinny views.
Resort-Scale Coordination
With venues spread across a 4,500-acre resort, logistics matter. Our team handles load-in, setup, and transitions with the precision that Crystal Springs demands. We coordinate with the resort catering office, the on-site bridal attendants, and the AV staff at Grand Cascades and Minerals weeks in advance so the first dance, the toasts, and the cake cutting hit on a timeline your guests never see being managed.
Photo Experiences

- Do you cover all five Crystal Springs Resort venues?
- Yes. We perform across Grand Cascades Lodge, Ballyowen Golf Club, Black Bear Golf Club, Minerals Hotel and Spa, and Sweetgrass Pavilion. Each space has its own acoustic and lighting needs and we configure the setup specifically for the room.
- Do you provide ceremony audio at Crystal Springs?
- Yes. Standard wedding pricing covers a four-hour reception plus one hour of cocktail music. Ceremony audio is separately quoted. Tell us which ceremony and reception spaces you have booked when requesting coverage.
- How many guests can Crystal Springs venues accommodate?
- Capacity ranges by venue. Grand Cascades Lodge handles up to 350 guests across its ballroom and pavilion, Ballyowen hosts up to 150 and Black Bear up to 185. At Minerals Hotel, Diamond Ballroom accommodates up to 225 guests and Sweetgrass Pavilion up to 180. Ask the venue about Canyon Ballroom configurations. Our sound and lighting design scales with guest count.

- Saturday peak season dates at Crystal Springs book out 12 to 18 months in advance. Friday and Sunday dates and off-peak weekends can be more flexible. Reach out as early as possible to lock in your preferred date and team.

Standard wedding pricing covers a four-hour reception plus one hour of cocktail music. Ceremony audio is separately quoted. Our typical wedding service includes a two-person DJ/MC team. Your proposal confirms your coverage and any additional production.
Available enhancements include ceremony audio, uplighting, live musicians, dancing on the clouds, monograms, Studio and Glam photo booths, and MagicTag experiences.
