Minerals Hotel celebrations almost always unfold across multiple spaces — a ceremony on the terrace, a cocktail hour on a separate level, and the reception in the Crystal Ballroom — which means our production crew is essentially building three small, independent audio rigs that must hand off seamlessly. We pre-load all three rooms before a single guest arrives and station a tech on radio in the ballroom for the duration of the night. The hotel's destination-style format also invites multi-day programming: a welcome dinner Friday, the wedding Saturday, a farewell brunch Sunday — all of which we routinely handle as a single integrated package. Our long relationship with the Minerals events team means our setup never crosses paths with banquet service or guest room traffic.
