We have a 5 hour event contracted with you. Does that include the time it takes you to set up and breakdown?

When you book our services, the start and end time are based on when you would like us to perform our services. Leave the “behind the scenes” stuff to us. We typically show up 1 hour prior to your start time to set up for a normal event. Larger events can take much longer to set up. Some events we need multiple days to do our thing properly.

Can we visit your DJs at an event to check you guys out?

Unfortunately not. Our events are private and we don’t use our clients as an opportunity to advertise our services during their day. We also pride ourselves on providing completely customized services; a style that one client enjoys may not be your cup of tea. We’d be happy to show you videos or to sit down with you in our comfortable office to discuss how we can customize your event.

This isn’t a hobby for us. We’re a full-time, professional entertainment and production company and have been for over a decade. We’ve performed at thousands (yes, thousands) of events and at stadiums in front of crowds of 85,000+ people. We are proudly recommended by dozens of banquet halls, caterers, and other event professionals because of the service we provide both before, during, and after your event. Nothing means more to us than making our clients happy. That’s why we’re in this business in the first place – to make people happy.

How is payment handled?

We take a small deposit and sign a contract. That makes everything “official” so we can reserve your date for you. Your balance is due up until the end of your event. If you’d like to pay in advance, you’re more than welcome to. If you’d like to pay at the end of your party, that works too. We offer more payment plans and flexpay options than any other event production company.

We are really into music. Can we pick all of the songs you play at our event?

We always ask for top music requests and a “do not play” list for every event we do. That helps our event specialists, DJs, and entertainers plan for your event accordingly. Our professionals then use those requests – in combination with reading your crowd – to create a vibe and flow to your party in a way that is unique and magical. It is impossible, even for us, to know exactly what music we should play before we are “live” in front of your guests. That is where our experience and talent comes into play. We’re all about requests, but if you really want to pick every song, you might want to look into using an iPod…

How far in advance should we book you?

90% of our clients reserve our services about 18 months in advance. However, we DO sometimes have last minute availability. Give us a call or e-mail. We’ll be happy to let you know if we’re still available for your date.

How far will you travel?

Wherever our clients need us. Our main hub is Northern NJ, however, we’ve DJ’d and performed events all over the globe. From NY to St. Thomas and LA to Miami, we travel where we’re needed.
